Skiftledare till vintersäsongen 2026/2027 – Slagnäs

Vill du kombinera maskinkörning med ledarskap i en unik vintermiljö? Vi söker nu skiftledare till vårt Trackteam i Slagnäs inför säsongen 2026/2027.

Hos oss arbetar du tillsammans med teamet i fält samtidigt som du leder det dagliga arbetet och säkerställer att våra testbanor håller högsta kvalitet och säkerhet.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som skiftledare ansvarar du för att planera, leda och följa upp arbetet under ditt skift. Du deltar även operativt i arbetet med banorna.

Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av:

  • Snöröjning, sladdning och snöhantering
  • Ispreparering och underhåll
  • Sandning och säkerhetsåtgärder
  • Fördela och följa upp arbetsuppgifter enligt instruktioner
  • Leda det dagliga arbetet i teamet
  • Säkerställa att rutiner och säkerhetsföreskrifter följs
  • Genomföra ismätningar i samråd med ban-koordinator
  • Lämna över tydlig information till nästa skift

Arbetet sker med hjälp av maskiner såsom hjullastare, väghyvel och andra entreprenadmaskiner.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av maskinkörning och ett intresse för att leda och utveckla arbetet i team.

Krav:

  • B-körkort
  • Erfarenhet av maskinkörning
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska

Meriterande:

  • C-körkort
  • Erfarenhet av arbetsledning
  • Förarbevis för hjullastare och/eller väghyvel
  • Kunskaper i engelska eller tyska

  • Är strukturerad och ansvarstagande
  • Har god ledarskapsförmåga och samarbetsförmåga
  • Är lösningsorienterad och kan fatta beslut i ett högt arbetstempo
  • Är kvalitetsmedveten och har god känsla för detaljer
  • Trivs med att arbeta praktiskt i utomhusmiljö

Anställningsvillkor

  • Anställningsform: Säsongsanställning
  • Period: Vintersäsongen 2026/2027
  • Arbetstid: Skiftgång (7 dagar arbete / 7 dagar ledigt)
  • Placeringsort: Slagnäs, Arjeplog
  • Lön: Enligt kollektivavtal

Boende finns att hyra i begränsad omfattning.

Om arbetsgivaren

Vi bedriver avancerad testverksamhet för fordonsindustrin under vinterförhållanden. Våra testbanor på is och snö är en central del av verksamheten och håller hög internationell standard.

Trackteam ansvarar för att skapa och underhålla dessa banor med fokus på kvalitet, säkerhet och precision.
