Job Summary

The Project Manager leads new elevator and escalator installation and modernization projects by planning, supervising, and implementing improvements to boost operational efficiency. This role coordinates stakeholders and reports progress to management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans for elevator and escalator installation and modernization to ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Supervise project teams and contractors to implement improvement measures that enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project activities and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor project progress and prepare clear, concise reports for management to support informed decision-making
  • Execute equipment construction projects by managing resources, schedules, and quality standards to meet project goals
