  • Performance Optimization: Utilize digital performance metrics and advanced analytics to continually refine and optimize audience engagement methodologies.

️ Brand Governance & Creative Direction

  • Brand Guardian: Serve as the uncompromising guardian of the corporate identity, enforcing strict consistency in branding, visual standards, and tone of voice across all organizational output.
  • Creative Vision: Establish the creative vision and high-quality standards for all communication and promotional materials.

Public Advocacy & Community Investment

  • Crisis Preparedness: Develop, implement, and regularly drill the definitive Crisis Communication Playbook and protocols to ensure rapid and effective issue mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Academic: Bachelor's or Master's degree essential, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Executive Track Record: A minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in Corporate Communications, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to executive leadership and team management.
  • Industry Experience: Significant, proven experience in a highly regulated sector (e.g., Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services) is highly preferred.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated history of successfully navigating complex media relations, driving robust integrated digital strategies, and materially building brand equity.
  • Leadership & Poise: Exceptional executive presence, mastery of interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead confidently and effectively during high-stakes crisis scenarios.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
