In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für deinen Bereich im Store. Du steuerst Verkaufsfläche und Performance, entwickelst dein Team weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Warenpräsentation, Abläufe und Einkaufserlebnis jeden Tag überzeugen.

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich:

  • Flächen- & Umsatzsteuerung: Du behältst Verkaufszahlen, relevante KPIs und die Performance deines Departments im Blick und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für deine Verkaufsfläche ab.
  • Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team im Arbeitsalltag. Durch regelmäßiges Feedback, Coaching und Training förderst du individuelle Stärken und gemeinsame Erfolge.
  • Visual Merchandising & Warenpräsentation: Du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass die visuellen Standards konsequent umgesetzt werden und deine Verkaufsfläche jederzeit attraktiv und verkaufsstark präsentiert ist.
  • Warenfluss & Organisation: Du stellst einen reibungslosen Warenfluss sicher, setzt Prioritäten im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Customer Experience: Du gehst auf der Fläche mit gutem Beispiel voran und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für ein positives und serviceorientiertes Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Analyse & Optimierung: Du beobachtest Verkaufsentwicklungen, Kundenverhalten und aktuelle Trends und nutzt deine Erkenntnisse, um Prozesse und Flächenperformance kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Stärken und Skills:

  • Führungserfahrung: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden mit. Idealerweise aus dem Einzelhandel, Fashion-, Lifestyle- oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Retail-Verständnis: Du fühlst dich auf der Verkaufsfläche zuhause und hast ein gutes Gespür für Warenpräsentation, Kundenbedürfnisse und kommerzielle Zusammenhänge.
  • KPI- & Zahlenverständnis: Du arbeitest gerne mit Verkaufszahlen und Kennzahlen und kannst daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für dein Department ableiten.
  • Leadership & Kommunikation: Du kannst Menschen begeistern, Orientierung geben und kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und verbindlich.
  • Organisationstalent: Auch wenn auf der Fläche viel gleichzeitig passiert, behältst du den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und triffst eigenständig Entscheidungen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst mit an, bist präsent auf der Fläche und führst dein Team durch dein eigenes Beispiel.
