Als Regionaler Teamleiter bist du bei TMS angestellt und verantwortest die Zielerreichung und KPI-Performance eines laufenden B2C-Sales-Promotion-Projekts in deiner Region.

Du führst ein regionales Team aus Sales Promotern im direkten Konsumentenkontakt und stellst sicher, dass Verkaufsziele, Qualitätsstandards sowie Compliance-Vorgaben konsequent umgesetzt werden. Du berichtest direkt an den Senior Field Manager und bist die zentrale Steuerungsinstanz für deine Region.

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich:

  • Regionale Gesamtverantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für Zielerreichung, KPI-Performance und Vertriebsqualität innerhalb deiner Region im Sales-Promotion-Projekt
  • Führung & Teamverantwortung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines regionalen Teams aus Sales Promotern / Verkaufsexperten
  • Feldbegleitung & Coaching: Aktive Feldbegleitung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder im täglichen Verkaufsgeschehen
  • Qualität & Compliance: Sicherstellung einer schulungsgemäßen Umsetzung der Konsumentendialoge sowie der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben.
  • Analyse & Performance-Steuerung: Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und KPIs, Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen und kontinuierliche Performance-Steuerung.
  • Abstimmung & Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit den anderen Regional Team Managern sowie dem Head of Field Sales.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Unterstützung bei Recruiting, Onboarding und Entwicklung neuer Sales Promoter innerhalb deiner Region.

Deine Stärken und Skills:

  • Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Sales-, Promotion- oder Field-Umfeld.
  • Ziel- & KPI-Fokus: Ausgeprägte Ziel- und KPI-Orientierung sowie analytisches Verständnis.
  • Teamsteuerung: Erfahrung in der Steuerung regionaler Außendienst- oder Promotion-Teams.
  • Kommunikation & Coaching: Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Coaching-Mindset und Empathie.
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, zahlenaffine Arbeitsweise.
  • Mobilität: Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region sowie Führerschein erforderlich.
