Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich:

  • Projekte eigenständig steuern: Du verantwortest vollumfänglich ein spannendes TMS-Projekt und du behältst Timings, Qualität, Ressourcen und Kundenanforderungen im Blick.
  • Teams & Personaleinsätze koordinieren: Du steuerst Personaleinsätze, begleitest die Personalakquise und stellst gemeinsam mit den Teams die passenden Ressourcen sicher.
  • Stakeholdermanagement Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern sorgst du für klare Abstimmungen, schnelle Lösungen und eine Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe.
  • Qualitäts- & Prozessmanagement: Gemeinsam mit dem Projekt- und Trainingsteam steuerst du Schulungen und Briefings, sicherst die Qualität der Einsätze und entwickelst Prozesse und Tools kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Zahlen im Blick behalten: Du arbeitest mit Budgets, Forecasts und KPIs, analysierst Entwicklungen und erkennst frühzeitig Handlungsbedarfe.
  • Ergebnisse sichtbar machen: Du bereitest Reportings, Auswertungen und Präsentationen strukturiert auf und schaffst Transparenz über Ergebnisse und Entwicklungen.

  • Ownership & Projektverantwortung: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Projektleitung bilden deine Basis. Komplexe Projekte steuerst du souverän, treibst Themen proaktiv voran und behältst Budgets, Ressourcen und Ergebnisse im Blick.
  • Leadership & Führungskompetenz: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und ein klarer, wertschätzender Führungsstil zeichnen dich aus. Du gibst Orientierung, überträgst Verantwortung und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du erkennst Handlungsbedarf, bringst eigene Ideen ein und findest pragmatische Lösungen, die funktionieren.
