Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop Eagles Landing in North Battleford is hiring for Guest Services!
We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
As part of our Guest Services team, you'll help create a positive experience for every guest, support our barbers, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Guest Services team member, you'll play an important role in the daily operations of our barbershop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing service queues and assisting guests throughout their visits
- Providing information about Tommy Gun's services and retail products
- Helping guests find grooming and hair care products that suit their needs
- Supporting retail displays, visual merchandising, and product inventory
- Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Communicating with barbers and teammates to support efficient shop operations
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting guests
- A friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude
Organization & Teamwork
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when managing service queues and front desk responsibilities
- Willingness to support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace
Additional Experience
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
- Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is an asset
