  • Support leaders and teams through change and take ownership of core programs, e.g performance feedback, ensuring effective delivery and desired outcomes.

Navigating Employee Relations with Empathy and Expertise

  • Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and sensitive workplace dynamics (either directly or in close collaboration with our Employee Relations Specialist).
  • Ensure situations are handled thoughtfully, consistently, and in line with our values and legal requirements.

Creating a Seamless Employee Experience through Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with cross-functional People & Culture teams to ensure a seamless employee experience and embed cohesive ways of working between the business and our department.

What we are looking for:

  • Multiple years of experience as a People Partner in a complex global company, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling context, with deep experience in partnering with leaders across different countries, including the US.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to understand how different business areas operate, connect people priorities with business needs, and confidently act as a trusted advisor to leaders.

  • Clear, confident, and empathetic communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences, build trusted relationships, and create alignment on complex or sensitive topics.
  • Action-oriented ownership to proactively drive topics forward, navigate obstacles, and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Skilled at systemic thinking and problem-solving, understanding how people, processes, and structures interconnect to identify underlying patterns and develop thoughtful, sustainable solutions.
  • Global mindset and flexibility to thrive in an international setup, including early-evening meetings when needed to collaborate with US-based colleagues as well as occasional business trips to Düsseldorf
  • Ideally, experience working with works councils and navigating the associated processes and requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
