Estamos buscando um(a) Analista Funcional / Consultor(a) de Negócios SAP para atuar na interface entre as áreas de negócio e os times de tecnologia, apoiando a evolução de soluções e projetos relacionados principalmente aos processos de Vendas e Marketing, em um ambiente multinacional.

Buscamos um profissional com visão de negócio e conhecimento funcional de sistemas corporativos, capaz de entender necessidades, analisar processos, traduzir requisitos e direcionar as demandas para os times técnicos, acompanhando as soluções desde o entendimento inicial até sua implementação e validação.

Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como ponte entre as áreas de negócio e os times técnicos, entendendo necessidades e traduzindo-as em requisitos funcionais.
  • Levantar, analisar e documentar processos e requisitos relacionados às áreas de Vendas e Marketing.
  • Apoiar a definição e evolução de soluções, garantindo alinhamento entre as necessidades do negócio e as possibilidades técnicas.
  • Participar de projetos, implementações, melhorias e integrações envolvendo SAP, CRM, e-commerce e outras soluções corporativas.
  • Interagir com stakeholders de diferentes áreas e países, especialmente em projetos envolvendo LATAM e ambiente global.
  • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das soluções junto aos times técnicos, realizando esclarecimentos funcionais e garantindo aderência aos requisitos.
  • Participar de testes, validações, homologações e acompanhamento de entregas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e sistemas, contribuindo para a evolução das soluções de negócio.
  • Experiência como Analista Funcional, Consultor Funcional, Consultor de Negócios, Business Analyst ou Business Partner de TI.
  • Experiência com SAP, especialmente em processos relacionados a Vendas e/ou Marketing.
  • Conhecimento de processos de negócio e capacidade de traduzir necessidades funcionais para equipes técnicas.
  • Vivência em projetos de implementação, melhorias, integrações ou evolução de sistemas.
  • Experiência em ambientes multinacionais e/ou projetos envolvendo LATAM.
  • Inglês a partir do nível avançado e Espanhol a partir do nível intermediário.
  • Perfil analítico, comunicativo, organizado e com boa capacidade de interação com diferentes stakeholders.

  • Experiência com SAP SD, SAP C4C, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud e SAP Hybris.
  • Conhecimento de processos de Retail, Sales, Trade Marketing ou Marketing.
  • Experiência com integrações entre SAP, plataformas de CRM, e-commerce e outros sistemas corporativos.
  • Vivência com plataformas como Salesforce, VTEX ou soluções similares.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, BI ou projetos de transformação digital.
