Estamos buscando um(a) Consultor(a) SAP HCM com experiência em integrações entre SAP HCM e SAP SuccessFactors para atuar em projetos de implementação, sustentação, migração e evolução de soluções de Recursos Humanos.

Principais responsabilidades: Implementar, configurar e prestar suporte ao SAP HCM, com atuação em Administração de Pessoal (PA), Gestão Organizacional (OM), entre outros componentes; Apoiar projetos de rollout, migração e upgrade; Atuar na integração do SAP HCM com outras aplicações; Configurar e administrar o SAP BIB para integração entre SuccessFactors e SAP HCM; Atuar com interfaces bidirecionais para replicação e migração de dados entre SuccessFactors e SAP HCM; Criar mapping sheets e desenvolver lógicas para cenários de integração; Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores ABAP e equipes funcionais para entregas ponta a ponta; Atuar com Employee Central (EC) e seus pré-requisitos de integração; Orientar sobre aspectos funcionais e de configuração do SAP HCM e SuccessFactors; Analisar e solucionar problemas relacionados à replicação via IDocs.

Buscamos profissionais com: Experiência sólida em SAP HCM; Conhecimento em PA (Personnel Administration) e OM (Organizational Management); Experiência com SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; Conhecimento em integrações entre SuccessFactors e SAP HCM; Experiência com SAP BIB e IDocs; Vivência com projetos de migração, rollout, upgrade e integração; Capacidade de trabalhar em conjunto com equipes funcionais e técnicas; Perfil analítico, consultivo e orientado à solução.
