The posting

and detail-oriented candidate with the ability to work independently while supporting a busy Property Management team in Pinetown. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. All appointments will be made in line with the Company’s Employment Equity plan.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Grade 12

2. A Secretarial or Administrative qualification will be an advantage.

3. Previous MDA (Property Management Software) experience is essential

4. Previous Sectional Title / Community Schemes experience is essential

5. Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.

6. Proficient in MS365 – Word, Excel and Outlook

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Professional and confident when dealing with scheme executives, trustees, body corporate members and clients

9. Strong email management and client correspondence skills.

10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

11. Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions and meet deadlines.

12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

REMUNUERATION

R15,500 To R16,000 Per Month
