Your Role

Als Technical Support Coördinator ben je een essentiële schakel binnen het Lifecycle Performance Services (LPS) team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij technische storingen aan geautomatiseerde transport- en sorteersystemen. Je analyseert meldingen, stelt prioriteiten en coördineert de juiste opvolging, met als doel om klanten snel en effectief te helpen.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met interne specialisten, zoals PLC/PC engineers, werkvoorbereiders en externe leveranciers. Je bewaakt de voortgang van meldingen en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie richting de klant én een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ontvangen, analyseren en prioriteren van technische meldingen
  • Coördineren van vervolgacties binnen het supportproces
  • Communiceren met klanten over voortgang en oplossingsrichtingen
  • Inschakelen van interne en externe specialisten voor complexe storingen
  • Administratief correct vastleggen en doorzetten van meldingen richting facturatie
  • Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen binnen de afdeling Technical Support en LPS

What Were Looking For

Must-have:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau binnen techniek, bij voorkeur richting werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, mechatronica of technische bedrijfskunde
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een technische, servicegerichte of logistieke werkomgeving
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht en stressbestendig
  • Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

Nice-to-have:

  • Kennis van technische systemen zoals PLCs of industriële besturingscomponenten
  • Beheersing van de Duitse taal
  • Affiniteit met continue verbetering en procesoptimalisatie
