Your Role

Als Technisch Projectmanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter complexe, unieke projecten bij onze klant. Je bent vanaf het eerste klantcontact betrokken en vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar concrete projectplannen. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten om ervoor te zorgen dat deze binnen tijd en budget worden gerealiseerd. Gedurende het project ben je het gezicht van KenzFigee voor klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leiden van technische projecten vanaf conceptfase tot oplevering
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams binnen Engineering, Inkoop, Productie en Installatie
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectbudgetten, inclusief financiële rapportage
  • Analyseren van technische documentatie en zorgen voor naleving van industriële normen
  • Identificeren van projectrisicos en ontwikkelen van mitigerende strategieën
  • Oplossen van technische problemen tijdens FATs en in de garantieperiode
  • Onderhouden van nauw contact met klanten en leveranciers gedurende het gehele project

What Theyre Looking For

  • Afgeronde Bachelor of Master in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische discipline
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een projectmanagementrol binnen de maritieme, offshore- of zware machinebouwsector
  • Sterke technische kennis van Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Hydrauliek en Software
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer, financiële rapportage en risicomanagement
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • Ervaring met multidisciplinaire teams en complexe technische projecten
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en sterk in stakeholdermanagement
