Seu desafio

Como Analista de Sucesso do Cliente, você será o elo entre a Total Life e nossos clientes. Vai cuidar da carteira de ponta a ponta, conduzir renovações, analisar a viabilidade dos contratos e encontrar oportunidades de crescimento, sempre com um relacionamento próximo, estratégico e focado em resultados sustentáveis.

Aqui, você não espera o problema chegar: você antecipa, propõe e resolve.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Gerir sua carteira de clientes, sendo o ponto focal para demandas comerciais e operacionais;
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos estratégicos, fortalecendo parcerias de longo prazo;
  • Conduzir renovações de contratos, da análise à apresentação da proposta;
  • Avaliar custos, receitas e rentabilidade dos contratos com olhar estratégico;
  • Criar planos de ação que garantam um atendimento de excelência e o crescimento da carteira;
  • Fazer o onboarding de novos clientes, garantindo um começo alinhado e uma implantação sem ruídos;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho dos contratos e a satisfação dos clientes;
  • Resolver problemas, reclamações e demandas operacionais com agilidade e assertividade;
  • Ser referência para o cliente, transmitindo segurança e confiança em cada interação.

O que você precisa ter

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Secretariado Executivo, Economia, Gestão de Negócios, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência em gestão de contratos;
  • Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em decisões;
  • Conhecimento em CRM;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

  • Experiência na área de Saúde Ocupacional ou segmentos semelhantes.
