Agora estamos em busca de um(a) Educador(a) Físico(a) Corporativo(a), com boa comunicação, iniciativa e paixão pela promoção da saúde, para contribuir com nossos programas de bem-estar e qualidade de vida, bem como, Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS)!

Seu desafio

Como Educador(a) Físico(a) Corporativo(a), você será responsável por desenvolver, implementar e acompanhar programas de saúde e bem-estar físico para colaboradores das empresas clientes, promovendo hábitos saudáveis, qualidade de vida e prevenção de doenças ocupacionais.

Você utilizará plataformas on-line para interagir com os participantes, conduzir atividades e oferecer orientações individualizadas.

Uma oportunidade para quem deseja transformar o movimento em cuidado e contribuir diretamente para a saúde e o bem-estar das pessoas.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Desenvolver e implementar programas de saúde e bem-estar físico;
  • Conduzir atividades on-line e interagir com os participantes por meio de plataformas digitais;
  • Oferecer orientações e suporte individualizado aos participantes;
  • Acompanhar o engajamento e a evolução dos participantes nos programas;
  • Incentivar a adoção de hábitos saudáveis e a prática regular de atividades físicas;
  • Contribuir para ações de prevenção e promoção da saúde no ambiente corporativo.

O que você precisa ter

  • Formação em Educação Física;
  • Experiência como educador(a) físico(a);
  • Experiência em Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS);
  • Habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Facilidade para conduzir atividades e interagir com diferentes públicos;
  • Familiaridade com plataformas digitais e ferramentas on-line.

  • Boa comunicação: você sabe orientar, motivar e engajar pessoas;
  • Organização, planejamento e gestão do tempo;
  • Proatividade e autonomia na condução das atividades;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e acompanhar resultados;
  • Comprometimento com a promoção da saúde e do bem-estar.
