Como Auxiliar Administrativo, você atuará juntamente com nosso time de Operação, auxiliando nos seguintes processos:

  • Relacionamento com o clientes e colaboradores;
  • Rotinas Administrativos gerais;
  • Classificação de documentos;
  • Acompanhamento de dados, lançamentos, organização de arquivos, digitalização.

Esperamos que você tenha as seguintes habilidades e atitudes:

  • Organização, planejamento, proatividade e facilidade de adaptação;
  • Notáveis habilidades interpessoal e de comunicação;
  • Total compreensão de recursos de informática tais como: Pacote Office, Drive, ferramentas Microsoft, navegadores e sites de buscas;
  • Raciocínio lógico;
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência em faturamento.

Será diferencial:

  • Atuação na área de Saúde Ocupacional ou semelhantes.
