If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support technical discussions and contractual negotiations between the company and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
  • Enhance department and organization by exploring opportunities for process improvement to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a product development, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, technology, or similarly technical environment.
  • Strong project management skills including, but not limited to: planning and organization, attention to detail, leadership, coaching, managing and improving team dynamics, developing and tracking project budgets, and process improvement.
  • Foundational technical knowledge of Automotive, Heavy Equipment, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems and/or ESS battery systems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to build consensus in a manner that is positive, clear, and effective across multiple departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully lead in a matrix environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Technically capable, with a mindset to assess and adapt strategies based on market and customer feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software/tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Hydraulic systems and components
  • Mechanical systems and components
  • Electrical systems
  • Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and/or battery technologies
  • Automation and automated control systems
  • Telematics and connected equipment

The successful candidate does not need to be an engineer or an expert in every technology listed above. However, a foundational understanding of technical systems is a minimum requirement. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
