Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking Aftersales Area Operations Professional to join our Dealer Operations Department located in Toyota Special Economic Zone, Santa Rosa – Tagaytay Hi-way, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
As a key member of the Area Operations Team, the Aftersales Area Operations Professional is coordinating with assigned dealers to strengthen aftersales operations, streamline dealer processes, and support the achievement of business and operational targets. The role monitors dealer performance, identifies areas for improvement, and works with internal departments and business partners to implement practical and sustainable improvements through the Kaizen approach.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance evaluation of assigned dealers to ensure compliance with established Toyota dealer standards, operational guidelines, and customer service requirements.
- Monitor aftersales performance, identify gaps, and recommend countermeasures to improve dealer operations, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Initiate, implement, and monitor Kaizen activities within the dealer network to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and sustain continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments, business partners, and assigned dealers to gather information, resolve operational concerns, and provide the necessary support for dealer improvement activities.
- Consolidate dealer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and prepare clear visual reports or dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare periodic progress updates, performance reports, and improvement status summaries for Management.
- Facilitate working discussions with dealers and internal stakeholders to align performance goals, improvement actions, timelines, and follow-through activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of dealer evaluation findings, Kaizen initiatives, KPI results, action plans, and progress monitoring records.

- Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or Management

Skills required:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate dealership and aftersales performance.
- Proficient in basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and can be able to establish strong professional relationships.
