A TPC Logística está em busca de profissionais que conheçam as técnicas e se conectem com pessoas.Para este desafio buscamos profissionais com conhecimento nos subsistemas de Recursos Humanos, que tenha conhecimento e experiência com a área de Departamento Pessoal, mas que também conheça os processos de Gente, como seleção e treinamento, acompanhando as atividades de modo a contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos recursos humanos da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuições - Apoiar os gestores da operação no levantamento das necessidades de treinamento para a elaboração do PAT;- Garantir o controle de vagas em aberto (Quadro, aprendizes e estagiários)

- Acompanhar e realizar os processos seletivos (Triagem de currículos, entrevistas e retorno)

- Acompanhar solicitação de exames admissionais e entrega de documentos

- Acompanhar e realizar o cadastro do novo colaborador no sistema

- Realizar a integração dos novos colaboradores;

- Fazer a solicitação do primeiro mês de benefício em conta bancária

- Acompanhar o contrato assinado na DIGTE

- Acompanhamento dos Feedbacks aplicados pela liderança

-Fazer a criação e encerramento das listas de treinamento no SGT

-Realizar campanhas mensais

-Acompanhar a solicitação do Kit de Boas-Vindas
