Descripción genérica:

▪Realiza las tareas físicas involucradas en el envío, recepción, despacho de pedidos, almacenamiento y distribución de materiales, piezas, suministros y equipos, desempaqueta y recibe materiales contra las órdenes de compra o facturas, mantiene un registro de los bienes recibidos y rechaza los elementos insatisfactorios. ▪Levanta objetos pesados y puede operar montacargas y pallet Jack. Prepara y mantiene registros de las mercancías embarcadas y recibidas, examina, acciones y distribuye materiales en el inventario y en las líneas de fabricación, prepara paquetes de juegos (Kits) para la producción de montaje. ▪Participa en las transacciones y movimientos de materiales en sistema.

Responsabilidades: ▪Surtido de Líneas de Producción: ▪Trasferencia de material a sus áreas asignada o las que sean requeridas ▪Almacena e identifica los materiales recibidos en Áreas Indistintas del Almacén (Raw Material y Shop Supply) ▪Recolección y traslado de Unidades y Materiales al área de Producción, soporte en actividades anexas y diversas del Área ▪Mantener el orden y la limpieza dentro de su área de trabajo (5’s) ▪Descarga de tráileres de materia prima asegurándose que los números de parte y las cantidades mostradas en las listas de embarque, coincidan. ▪Contar e identificar todos aquellos materiales que sean devueltos de las áreas de producción y a su vez acomodarlos en su localización respectiva. ▪Debe cumplir y hacer cumplir cada uno de los puntos del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo de TPI ▪Velar por cumplir y hacer cumplir la Misión, Visión y Valores de TPI ▪Orientación a resultados ▪Rediseñar locaciones e inventarios de almacenes. ▪Asegurar que se mantengan y mejoren los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45000). ▪Enfoque al cliente mediante pensamiento basado en riesgo, manteniendo y mejorando los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Escolaridad: ✓Secundaria terminada.

Experiencia: ✓1 año en puesto similar ✓Conocimiento en proceso de materiales.

Habilidades: ✓Habilidades de comunicación ✓Para trabajar en equipo

Formación: ✓Entrenamiento en el uso y manejo de montacargas. ✓Conocimiento en manejo de químicos. ✓Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio
