Descripción genérica: ▪ El jefe de grupo de seguridad patrimonial es responsable de dar el seguimiento adecuado de las estrategias para prevenir, neutralizar y eliminar los riesgos que amenacen a las personas y los bienes materiales, mediante normas, procedimientos, estrategias y dispositivos tecnológicos con que se cuenten, para lograr un servicio confiable y de calidad.

Responsabilidades: ▪Verificar el servicio prestado por los guardias de seguridad ▪Verificar la condición de los puestos generales de servicio de los guardias de seguridad ▪Mantener un registro completo y actualizado de los puntos de servicio bajo supervisión ▪Verificar diariamente la asistencia y puntualidad de los subordinados ▪Crear y hacer cumplir las órdenes de servicio. ▪Entrenar a los guardias de seguridad en las órdenes de servicio y cualquier procedimiento pertinente al puesto de servicio. ▪Mantener en los puestos de servicio archivos actualizados que contengan las ordenes de servicio, manuales técnicos, oficios y/o comunicados, libros de registro de incidencias, plantillas de control etc. “esclareciendo a los elementos de seguridad el manejo confidencial de los mismos, los cuales no deben darse a conocer a ninguna persona ajena al departamento sin autorización de su supervisor”. ▪Instruir y motivar a los guardias de seguridad tratando de compensar y corregir sus deficiencias técnicas a través de entrenamientos, platicas, cursos etc. ▪Preparar notas de instrucción, organizar murales o cualquier otra forma de dar a conocer cualquier cambio técnico que por necesidades de la planta así lo amerite. ▪Cada que se reemplace a un guardia de seguridad, vigilar y/u orientarlo para que rápidamente esté en condiciones de realizar su trabajo. ▪Revisar el buen estado, conservación y funcionamiento de los equipos de seguridad proporcionados a los guardias de seguridad. ▪Desarrollo, implementación, y seguimiento de procedimientos de seguridad para salvaguardar la integridad del personal, los bienes y el inmueble de TPI Composite. ▪Capacitación al personal de seguridad patrimonial (guardias de seguridad) en controles acceso, técnicas de observación, relaciones humanas, metodología para una investigación etc. Y todos los procedimientos que se desarrollen e implementen para salvaguardar la integridad del personal e inmueble TPI Composites. ▪Vigilar el cumplimiento de la empresa de seguridad privada acorde a los estándares requeridos por la legalidad y normatividad aplicable para sacar a salvo las certificaciones y/o reglamentos internos de la empresa. ▪Vigilar y mantener la certificación de CTPAT/OEA en materia de seguridad, acorde a los estándares y normatividades aplicables. ▪Debe cumplir y hacer cumplir cada uno de los puntos del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo de TPI ▪Velar por cumplir y hacer cumplir la Misión, Visión y Valores de TPI ▪Sentido de urgencia y Orientado a Resultados ▪Asegurar que se mantengan y mejoren los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45000). ▪Enfoque al cliente mediante pensamiento basado en riesgo, manteniendo y mejorando los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Escolaridad: ✓Bachillerato (preferentemente) y/o Secundaria o experiencia similar en seguridad patrimonial

Experiencia: ✓Experiencia Deseable mínimo 3 años. ✓Conocimiento en el manejo y administración de equipo electrónico (digitool, Wall monitor, control panel, etc.). ✓Manejo de personal. ✓Desarrollo de investigaciones. ✓Procesos de documentación. ✓Seguridad física e instalaciones y control de accesos.

Habilidades: ✓Para trabajar en equipo. ✓Comunicación efectiva

Formación: ✓Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado ✓Conocimientos de CTPAT/OEA (deseable). ✓Liderazgo Situacional
