The posting

Somos uma consultoria em crescimento, atendendo diversos clientes e buscando um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal Pleno para ser referência técnica no time. Você terá contato com diferentes realidades de empresas, ganhando repertório e autonomia, em um modelo de trabalho híbrido.

  • Executar fechamento completo de folha de pagamento, encargos e obrigações acessórias.
  • Realizar admissões, rescisões, férias, afastamentos e movimentações.
  • Conferir e garantir o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária.
  • Atender dúvidas de clientes internos/externos sobre rotinas de DP.
  • Controlar ponto, banco de horas e benefícios.
  • Apoiar em auditorias, processos de fiscalização e controles internos.
  • Sugerir melhorias em processos, rotinas e uso do sistema de folha.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida como Analista de Departamento Pessoal Pleno ou similar.
  • Domínio de rotinas de folha, encargos (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) e eSocial.
  • Vivência com admissões, rescisões, férias, ponto e benefícios.
  • Conhecimento atualizado em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária.
  • Excel intermediário e familiaridade com sistemas de folha (Dominio , Protheus , SCI , SAP)
  • Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em escritório contábil ou consultoria.
  • Atuação com múltiplos CNPJs e diferentes convenções coletivas.
  • Conhecimento em implantação ou migração de sistemas de folha.
  • Formação em Administração, Contabilidade, RH ou áreas correlatas.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa comunicação com clientes.
