The posting

Catalina Huanca Sociedad Minera SAC, empresa del grupo Trafigura con operaciones en la región Ayacucho, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Ingeniero de Planeamiento Senior.

Objetivo del puesto:

Ejecutar la planificación y diseño de la mina a corto, mediano y largo plazo de manera segura, efectiva a través del control de los costos en la línea del ciclo de producción de la operación mina.

Funciones

  • Desarrollar y validar planes de extracción, producción y avances con frecuencia semanal, quincenal y mensual alineados a los objetivos de la empresa en el presupuesto.
  • Ejecutar evaluaciones COSTO-BENEFICIO, en los planes de minado a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Determinar el CUTT OFF GRADE de la operación.
  • Ejecutar el Life of Mine (LOM), contemplando los servicios de ENERGÍA, VENTILACIÓN, FORTIFICACIÓN y ratios de productividad.
  • Diseñar infraestructuras mineras como cámaras, estaciones, rampas, accesos, cruceros u otras labores para el desarrollo de las estructuras como vetas, cuerpos y/o mantos mineralizados.
  • Considerar los parámetros de diseño entregados por las áreas de soporte como Ventilación, Geomecánica y Topografía para el buen diseño, ejecución y control de los proyectos propios de las actividades de preparación, operación, exploración y desarrollo de la mina.
  • Verificar los modelos de análisis ingenieril de las áreas de soporte como Geomecánica y Ventilación e incorporar a los planes de extracción.
  • Ejecutar conciliaciones de minado entre lo extraído de mina y planta.
  • Ejecutar el reporte de manera mensual respecto a la DECLARACIÓN ESTADÍSTICA MENSUAL MINERA, respecto a la extracción, producción, avances lineales y estadística de seguridad.
  • Ejecutar el presupuesto anual (BUDGET) respecto a la extracción de los recursos mineros a través del Plan de Producción Anual.
  • Estimación de las reservas Probadas y Probables a través del Plan de recursos medidos, indicados e inferidos.
  • Generar optimización de stopes y/o tajeo para planes semanales, mensuales y anual.
  • Diseño de mina a través del empleo de software minero DESWICK, STUDIO UG, MINESIGHT u otro autorizado por la empresa.
  • Uso y seguimiento de los ratios de productividad para la planificación del proceso minero.
  • Apoyar en el diseño de Mallas de Perforación para extracción en los métodos de minado sub level caving, sub level stoping, bench and fill u otro método que se ejecuten en la unidad.
  • Liderazgo visible en seguridad, gestión de estándares, procedimientos, herramientas en seguridad
  • Realizar órdenes de trabajo, revisar IPERC, inspecciones al personal que está a su cargo.
  • Realizar otras funciones afines a solicitud del jefe inmediato.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Igneniería de Minas (Titulado y Colegiado).
  • Experiencia de 5 años en el sector minero, ocupando posiciones relacionadas al puesto.
  • Conocimiento en AUTOCAD, DATAMINE, AEGIS, DESWICK, MINESIGTH, VENTSIM.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar bajo régimen 14x7.
