Mit KI lösen wir eine der am meisten unterschätzten, aber kritischsten Herausforderungen im internationalen Handel: Zoll-Compliance. Unsere Software automatisiert die Warenklassifizierung, reduziert regulatorische Fehler und spart unseren Kunden bis zu 83 % ihrer Zeit.

Deine Aufgaben

Welche Aufgaben und Projekte Dich erwarten:

  • Neukundenakquise über Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Vereinbarung von Terminen für die Senior Account Executives für weiterführende Gespräche oder Produktvorführungen
  • Unterstützung in der Kundenkommunikation
  • Unterstützung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Marketing- und Sales-Initiativen

Nach wem wir suchen

Sales-Erfahrung brauchst du nicht – das bringen wir dir bei. Wichtiger ist, dass du gerne mit Menschen redest, neugierig bist und richtig was lernen willst.

  • Du bist immatrikuliert (Studiengang egal) und hast ca. 20 Std./Woche Zeit
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch solide (mündlich & schriftlich)
  • Du telefonierst gern mit fremden Menschen und brauchst kein Skript zum Festhalten
  • Du lernst schnell und machst was aus Feedback
  • Interesse an SaaS, KI oder internationalem Handel
  • Eigenständig, ehrgeizig, kein Problem mit Zielen

Nice to have (aber kein Muss):

  • Schon mal im Sales, Service oder kundennah gearbeitet (auch Promo, Gastro, Beratung)
  • Erfahrung mit Sales-Tools oder einem CRM
  • Lust auf Cold Calling? Umso besser
