Wir sind traide AI - ein VC-finanziertes Deep-Tech-Startup aus Berlin, das mit KI die Welt der Handelsregulatorik neu denkt. Unsere Plattform bringt Zollteams ins neue Zeitalter: von Zolltarifierung über Exportkontrolle bis hin zu prüfungssicherer Dokumentation - und reduziert den manuellen Aufwand um bis zu 80 %. Im Einsatz bei 250+ Unternehmen (z.B. BMW, Rimowa oder Koro) vom Mittelstand bis zum DAX-Konzern.

Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in im Marketing, der anpackt, mitdenkt und Lust hat, wirklich etwas aufzubauen. Du unterstützt uns quer durch den Marketing-Mix - von Social Media und Content über Newsletter und Webinare bis hin zu Marktrecherche und neuen Kanälen. Du berichtest direkt an unsere Founding Growth Managerin und übernimmst von Tag 1 echte Verantwortung. Das ist keine Support-Rolle. Du ownst deine Bereiche end-to-end, bringst eigene Ideen ein und siehst den Impact deiner Arbeit direkt. Deine Aufgaben

  • Social Media: Redaktionsplanung, Content-Erstellung (inkl. Video Content) und Community-Engagement auf LinkedIn
  • Content: Blogartikel, Newsletter und Case Studies
  • Newsletter: Inhalte aufbereiten, Versand koordinieren, Performance tracken
  • Webinare: Aufsetzen, koordinieren und begleiten
  • Recherche: Markt, Wettbewerb und Themen rund um Trade Compliance & KI aufbereiten und neue Kanäle & Formate identifizieren, die für uns relevant sein könnten

Nach wem wir suchen

  • Eingeschrieben im Studium (Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation o.ä.) - mind. 3. Bachelor-Semester
  • Erste Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld oder starkes Interesse daran, wie B2B-Software vermarktet wird
  • Erste Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und v.a. Neugier weitere auszuprobieren
  • Strukturiert, zuverlässig, hands-on
  • Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch
  • Plus: erste Berührungspunkte mit Content (SEO, GEO), Newsletter oder B2B Social Media
  • Nice to have: HubSpot und Canva Kenntnisse
