Job Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.

· Generate new leads through market research, networking and industry contacts.

· Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

· Prepare commercial proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.

· Coordinate orders, production planning and delivery schedules with international factories and suppliers.

· Lead new product development projects, coordinating with factories and production managers.

· Monitor market trends, competitors and business opportunities.

· Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, business plans and sales reports.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

· Conduct regular business trips within Southeast Asia to develop customer relationships and explore new opportunities.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

· Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

· Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven sales track record.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the kitchenware, housewares, hand tools or related industries.

· Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

· Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.

· Willingness to travel regularly within Southeast Asia.

Compensation & Benefits

· Monthly Salary: SGD 7,000

· Mobile Phone Allowance: SGD50/month

· Business travel expenses covered in accordance with company policy.
