What's in it for you:
The Workday Reporting & Security Product Owner leads the strategy, governance, and delivery of HR reporting and security solutions across Workday. This role owns reporting capabilities and the Workday security framework to ensure accurate insights, appropriate access, strong governance, and alignment with business, compliance, and operational needs.
This role reports directly to the Global HR Technology Operations Leader, and leads a global team to deliver Workday security governance and framework, Workday analytics, standard and custom reports/dashboards on various topics, to meet evolving business needs, enable data-driven decision-making and maximize the value of Workday.
What you will do:
- Product Ownership: Own the global product vision and execution of current and future reporting capability for Workday reporting and dashboards.
- Own and evolve the Workday security framework, including governance standards, role design principles, and access control structures. Define and maintain security governance including security reviews, access approval approaches, periodic audits, and control alignment. Oversee the design and administration of Workday security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies to ensure appropriate access.
- Team Leadership & Intake Governance: Manage a global team of reporting analysts; establish clear SLAs and intake governance for all reporting and ad hoc reporting requests. Manage a team of Workday security configurators, supporting daily ticket intake, prioritization and supporting complex security requests. Develops the capabilities of direct reports by coaching, training, and providing growth opportunities that strengthen team expertise in Workday reporting & security, product ownership practices and stakeholder support.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with HR Leadership, COEs (Total Rewards, Talent, D&I, Data Analytics etc.), and Regional HR teams using strong consultative skills to translate business needs into effective, scalable reporting and security solutions.
- PII Governance: Enforce strict PII data governance, alignment with Workday security framework, and data privacy protocols with Legal, Privacy, and IT Security.
What you will bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years in Workday reporting and Workday security, or equivalent balance of experience and education including managing teams (preferred) or leading global HR analytics functions.
- Systems Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Workday reporting capabilities (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards)
- Experience with Workday security configuration: including role- and user-based security, domain security policies, business process security policies and access governance practices and frameworks.
- Governance: Strong knowledge of global reporting frameworks and PII data privacy compliance.

$123,721.66 - $173,004.99
