Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Linux Systemadministrator bist du Teil unseres Infrastruktur-Teams und arbeitest eng mit den Entwickler:innen aus dem Backend-, Frontend- und Microservice-Bereich zusammen. Du verantwortest den stabilen, performanten und skalierbaren Betrieb unserer Plattform und entwickelst unsere hybride Infrastruktur kontinuierlich weiter.

  • Du betreibst und entwickelst unsere Linux-basierte Infrastruktur (Debian/Ubuntu) in einer hybriden Umgebung (On-Premise und AWS)
  • Du automatisierst unsere Infrastruktur und Deployments mit Infrastructure-as-Code und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du entwickelst und betreibst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines und sorgst für automatisierte, reibungslose Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform hin zu einer serviceorientierten Architektur
  • Du betreibst und optimierst unsere Web- und Proxy-Infrastruktur (Nginx, HAProxy) sowie unsere hochfrequentierten, überwiegend PHP-basierten Anwendungen (7.4 und 8.x)
  • Du überwachst und optimierst unsere Systeme hinsichtlich Performance, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit
  • Du arbeitest mit Bare-Metal Systemen und Containern gleichermaßen und betreibst Services auf Basis des HashiCorp-Stacks (Consul, Nomad, Vault, Terraform/Terragrunt)
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in Architekturentscheidungen sowie technische Weiterentwicklungen ein und arbeitest eng mit dem Team über Git-basierte Workflows (IaC, Code Reviews, Standards)

  • Infrastruktur & Orchestrierung: Docker, HashiCorp Consul, Nomad, Vault
  • CI/CD & Automatisierung: Git, GitHub Actions, automatisierte Deployments, Composer, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt)
  • Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki-Stack
  • Kommunikation & Messaging: AMQP, REST-APIs
  • Datenbanken & Caching: MySQL 8, Redis, Memcache
  • Arbeitsweise: 4-Augen-Code-Reviews, Git-basierte Zusammenarbeit, Daily Meetings, agiles Arbeiten in 2-Wochen-Sprints, dezentrale Remote-Zusammenarbeit via Workadventure und MS Teams

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb produktiver Linux-Umgebungen (idealerweise Debian/Ubuntu)
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Betrieb von On-Premise- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (vorzugsweise AWS) mit
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, CI/CD und Infrastructure-as-Code (z. B. Terraform, Ansible)
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Git als zentrales Werkzeug für Zusammenarbeit, Versionierung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien (Docker) und idealerweise mit dem Betrieb verteilter Systeme
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit mit – idealerweise im Kontext hochverfügbarer Webplattformen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Logging-Tools und kannst daraus gezielt Optimierungen ableiten
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, beteiligst dich aktiv an technischen Diskussionen und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sind erforderlich
