About the Company

The client is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours instead of months. Interviews on the platform are shared with tens of thousands of viewers, which drives product-led growth and daily inbound from Fortune 500 companies. Enterprise customers include Google, Microsoft, Nestle and P&G.

The client grew from $0 to a $12M run rate in under a year. The team of about 30, founded by serial entrepreneurs with a prior AI exit, includes people from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain and Goldman Sachs, and is backed by Sequoia, Ribbit, Conviction, Evantic, AI Grant and Pear VC.

The Role

The client is hiring a Growth team member to work directly with the Head of Growth and help scale ARR by an order of magnitude. This is an execution-heavy, high-ownership role across campaigns, experimentation, events, analytics and product-led growth, working with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and the founders. As an early team member you will shape growth processes from scratch.

What You Will Do

  • Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media and outbound.
  • Run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation and conversion.
  • Plan and run conferences, dinners, webinars and field marketing.
  • Track campaign performance, build reports and improve how growth is measured.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral and viral growth.

What You Bring

  • 1-5+ years in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups or a related field
  • An exceptional track record and/or strong B2B performance marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with funnel data and reporting
  • Hands-on execution across channels, from big initiatives to small details
  • Proactive and resourceful in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work on-site in New York
