Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 base + commission

About the Company

The client is the AI-native employee management platform: HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT and tax compliance built from scratch on one platform, with AI as the primary operator. It runs payroll for high-growth companies in all 50 states and globally.

Founded in 2023, the client has raised $85M from Battery Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Peak XV and Y Combinator, with a team from MIT, Ramp, Brex, Google, Gusto and Rippling.

The Role

The client is hiring Senior Account Executives to run fast-cycle, high-volume deals with founders and growing companies.

What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle sales for payroll, HR and compliance products.
  • Run fast-cycle, high-volume deals with founders and small-business buyers.
  • Hit and exceed quota in a high-growth sales team.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year as an SDR/BDR
  • 1-2 years closing as an AE with documented quota attainment
  • A clear promotion trajectory and solid tenure
  • NYC on-site five days per week

Nice to Have

  • Payroll, HR or fintech sales (e.g. Deel, Gusto, Rippling, Justworks, ADP)
