  • Use your strong analytical skills to monitor performance, manage backlogs, and dive deep into complaint data to identify root causes and drive business-wide process improvements.
  • Act as the key point of contact for senior internal stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven reporting and insights on trends, risks, and team performance.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • Previous experience working within a large, highly regulated organisations (such as banking, telecommunications, or utilities) with a deep familiarity with complex policy frameworks and dispute resolution processes.
  • A hands-on, highly analytical approach. You are a "numbers person" who is regimented about watching performance metrics daily, proactively managing backlogs, and translating raw operational data into clear executive reports and business cases.
  • Direct, practical experience managing sensitive, high-stakes customer escalations, including partnering with Legal, Risk, and Corporate Affairs to resolve Ombudsman disputes, ministerial inquiries, and high-profile, media-related complaints.
  • A dedicated coaching style that leads by example, focusing on mentorship, employee engagement, and performance management to build strong capability and confidence within your leadership team.
  • A focus on practical delivery and implementation, bringing a proven track record of translating complex insights from complaints into systemic, real-world solutions that drive business-wide process improvements.

If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
