Voor onze Servicedesk zijn wij op zoek naar een Servicedesk medewerker!

Onze Servicedesk afdeling bestaat uit gedreven, servicegerichte mensen die dagelijks enthousiast en professioneel voor het maximale resultaat gaan.

De Servicedesk afdeling is de spil tussen interne afdelingen en externe contacten. Als Servicedesk medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse afwisselende werkzaamheden zoals retouraanvragen, levertijdenbeheer, afhalingen, onderzoeken naar en van verschillen en nog veel meer. Hiervoor heb je niet alleen contact met collega’s maar ook met klanten, leveranciers, fabrikanten en vervoerders door heel Europa wat de functie positief uitdagend maakt! Daarnaast trekken we voor onze Travion toppers veel uit de kast! Zo hebben we elke dag een uitgebreide verse lunch, spelen we elke pauze fanatiek tafelvoetbal of tafeltennis, hebben we vrijwel iedere vrijdag een gezellige VrijMiBo en meerdere gezellige kleine en grote evenementen door het jaar heen. Plezier op het werk is bij Travion dus een belangrijke pijler. Ook op professioneel vlak biedt Travion ondersteuning en motiveren we collega’s om te leren en zich te ontwikkelen.

Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn een succesvolle distributeur van zakelijke IT-hardware en randapparatuur. Onze doelgroep bestaat uit resellers, e-sellers en distributeurs in heel Europa. Travion IT Distribution heeft sinds haar start in 2001 een enorme groei gerealiseerd. We zijn een professioneel bedrijf waar korte lijnen, transparantie, humor en plezier in je werk centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? · Retouraanvragen van klanten beoordelen, bewaken en verwerken; · RMA-aanvragen indienen bij leveranciers en fabrikanten; · Levertijden beheren van openstaande orders bij leveranciers; · Afhalingen organiseren met vervoerders bij leveranciers en klanten; · Onderzoeken en claims starten bij vervoerders; · Voorraadverschillen onderzoeken;

Wie zoeken wij? Iemand die… · 32 - 40 uur per week ons team wil komen versterken, met in ieder geval maandag en vrijdag beschikbaar; · Engels én Nederlands spreekt en schrijft. Beheers je (ook) de Duitse en/of Franse taal dan is dat een pré; · Affiniteit met IT-producten heeft; · Van nature hulpvaardig en oplossings- en servicegericht is; · Relevante, soortgelijke werkervaring heeft op MBO+/ HBO niveau; · Een teamplayer is en humor meebrengt!

Waar doe je het voor? · Een salaris tussen € 2.500 - € 3.500 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring); · Dienstverband voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; · Uitstekende bonusregeling; · Reiskostenvergoeding; · Uitstekende Pensioenregeling; · Mogelijkheden om jezelf nog verder te ontwikkelen.
