The posting

Ben jij een projectleider die liever niet enkel standaard appartementen bouwt, maar ook een hotel in een historische stadskern, een school of een residentie aan het water realiseert? Projecten van 7 tot 25 miljoen euro, met de directie op een boogscheut.

Onze klant is een Vlaamse algemeen aannemer met een sterke basis in Antwerpen en omstreken. Het portfolio loopt van appartementsresidenties en kantoorgebouwen tot een hotel in het stadscentrum en een school, met bouwbudgetten van 7 tot 25 miljoen euro. De uitvoering gebeurt uitsluitend door vaste onderaannemers waarmee al jaren wordt samengewerkt, en veel opdrachtgevers komen dan ook terug. Met zo'n 25 medewerkers blijven de lijnen kort, en na de werf zie je je collega's terug op de voetbalploeg, het teamweekend of de familiebbq.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Instappen zodra het contract getekend is en, afhankelijk van je beschikbaarheid, meewerken aan de voorbereiding, technische uitwerking, aanbesteding en het zoeken van technische partijen. Dat kan ook vanuit het bedrijfsbureau gebeuren.
  • Volledige verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de uitvoering van je project
  • Samen met de werfleider de vaste onderaannemers op de werf aansturen
  • Bouwvergaderingen leiden en overleggen met architecten, bouwheren en partners
  • Instaan voor het financiële kader: technische oplossingen uitwerken, vorderingsstaten opmaken en controleren, en planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget bewaken
  • Focus op 1 project tegelijk, en vanaf projecten van 12 à 13 miljoen met een assistent-projectleider aan je zijde

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een bouwtechnische richting, met minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring in de realisatie van bouwprojecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kunt je behelpen in het Engels
