Pour notre magasin Trek Bicycle à Lausanne, nous recherchons, pour une date à convenir, une personne expérimentée :

Bicycle Mechanic100% (h/f)

Tu as la passion d'enthousiasmer les cyclistes avec des produits de haute qualité, des conseils d'experts et un service de première classe. Notre objectif est de motiver nos clients à faire du vélo et de leur offrir une expérience inoubliable.

Tu gères l'atelier et assure l'organisation des activités quotidiennes.

Tes tâches principales :

  • Offrir un haut niveau d'hospitalité à nos clients.
  • Garant des prises en charge, des réparations et des montages de vélos neufs vendus et pour le magasin
  • Surveiller les indicateurs Trek afin de garantir un atelier rentable.
  • Assurer une formation continue sur les techniques et méthodes appropriées
  • Conseiller nos clients sur les réparations, les forfaits de service et les accessoires (conseiller:ère de service)
  • Assurer un stock optimal pour garantir la rapidité du service aux clients
  • Motiver activement et enthousiasmer les clients pour le vélo
  • Participer à l'élaboration des offres de service et des actions de fidélisation de la clientèle

Ton profil est le suivant :

  • Passion pour le vélo et la communauté cycliste.
  • Expérience indispensable dans la réparation et dans le montage de vélos musculaires et électriques (CFC, un plus)
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le commerce de vélos, notamment dans un environnement d'atelier
  • Esprit d'équipe, résistance au stress, bonnes capacités de communication et sens de l'organisation
  • Travail consciencieux, autonome et orienté vers le service
  • Motivation pour de nouveaux défis
  • Participation aux événements clients et partenaires du magasin
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout
