Job Description

TREK is ontstaan uit het geloof van één man in een nieuwe vorm van een bedrijf runnen. Dick Burke startte met TREK in een schuur in het zuiden van Wisconsin vanuit de eenvoudige principes die ons vandaag de dag nog altijd de weg wijzen: Bouw aan duurzame dingen - herinneringen, relaties, fietsen, een merk - en laat een spoor van positieve veranderingen na.

Heb jij een passie voor fietsen en wil je bijdragen aan de missie van TREK? Voor onze store in Heerlen zijn wij op zoek naar een allround-verkoopmedewerker die er alles aan doet om onze klanten de winkel met een glimlach te laten verlaten. Jouw missie is namelijk pas echt geslaagd als de klant tevreden de winkel uit loopt!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Associate ben jij dé specialist en adviseer je onze klanten van A tot Z. Door het volgen van interne trainingen weet jij alles over ons brede assortiment aan fietsen en accessoires. Heb je toch nog een specifieke vraag over een fiets? Jouw collega’s staan met hun kennis en ervaring altijd klaar om je te helpen. Bij TREK staat kwaliteit en service hoog in het vaandel, dus jij doet er alles aan om de klant zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Naast jouw adviserende rol, zorg je er ook voor dat onze winkel er altijd op en top uitziet. Daarnaast ben je bereid om bij te springen in de werkplaats voor kleine reparaties of het rijklaar maken van fietsen wanneer dat nodig is

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent woonachtig in of in de omgeving van Heerlen
  • Je komt vlot uit je woorden in het Nederlands
  • Je hebt affiniteit met onze producten
  • Je bent 33-38 uur beschikbaar, waaronder op de zaterdag
  • Klangerichtheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent gedreven, flexibel en denkt in oplossingen
