Jouw rol als Service Technician

Als Service Technician/Fietsmonteur bij Trek Bicycle in Heerlen maak je deel uit van een hecht en professioneel werkplaatsteam. Jouw belangrijkste taak is ervoor te zorgen dat klanten veilig en zorgeloos kunnen fietsen. Je voert reparaties en onderhoud uit aan verschillende soorten fietsen en monteert nieuwe fietsen voor klanten of voor de winkel. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan een efficiënt georganiseerde werkplaats en een hoge servicekwaliteit. Je hebt een passie voor fietsen en techniek en vindt het belangrijk jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen. In deze rol draag je bij aan het gezamenlijke doel: een uitstekende ervaring voor elke klant.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Je repareert en onderhoudt fietsen van verschillende merken en modellen
  • Je monteert nieuwe fietsen en accessoires
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat elke fiets in topconditie de werkplaats verlaat
  • Je adviseert klanten over onderhoud en reparaties
  • Je werkt samen met je team om de werkplaats efficiënt en georganiseerd te houden
  • Flexibiliteit staat bij Trek hoog in het vaandel, je kan bijspringen in de verkoop

Wat neem je mee?

  • Je hebt een passie voor fietsen en techniek. Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een Bosch- certificaat
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en servicegericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken binnen een team
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je bent bereid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en je kennis uit te breiden
  • Je bent voor 24 uur per week beschikbaar en kunt op zaterdagen werken
  • Je woont in Heerlen of omgeving
