Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufteilung der Reisetermine zu Fahrtrouten bzw. Flughäfen
  • Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Reisen
  • Ansprechpartner für z.B. Überbuchungsanfragen der Abteilung Kundenservice
  • Steuerung der Kontingente / Ausschreibungen zur Erreichung der gewünschten Auslastung
  • Änderung der Kontingente vor / bei Umbuchungen, Verlegungen, Optimierungen oder Kontingentrückgaben wegen z.B. Stop sales
  • Anlage von Ersatzterminen bzw. Aufstockungsanfrage bei Kolleg*innen des Produktmanagements mit anschließender Einpflege der eventuellen Aufstockung ins System
  • Kommunikation mit der Flug- und Busabteilung zur Verbesserung der Auslastung/Tourenplanung & kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fahrrouten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Sicheres Zahlen- und Analyseverständnis
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
  • Zielorientiertes Teamverständnis
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
