Sie bringen eine touristische Ausbildung mit und sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Herausforderung bei einem führenden Reiseveranstalter? Als Ansprechperson für alle flugrelevanten Themen verfügen Sie über eine analytische Denkweise, mit der Sie unterschiedlichste Reiseziele für unsere Kunden zusammen mit den Kolleg*innen aus Flugeinkauf und Produkt ermöglichen? Sie sind versiert in Excel und Amadeus und wollen Teil eines erfahrenen Teams werden? Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen!

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Buchbarkeit unserer Gruppenreisen-Produkte durch Steuerung der Flugkontingente (Aufstockungen / Reduzierungen)
  • Verhandlung mit Fluggesellschaften über Zusatzkapazitäten und Preise in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Flugeinkauf
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der verhandelten Vertragsinhalte, wie beispielsweise Release-, Namens- und Ticketing- fristen
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Falle von Flugstreichungen, Zeitenänderungen, etc.
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Krisenfall, z.B. bei Streiks

Ihr Profil

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene touristische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse in „Amadeus“ wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Engagement und Teamgeist
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Sicheres Zahlenverständnis und ein analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
