Pozisyon Hakkında

Bu rol, temel olarak bir Bölge Yöneticisi (Area Executive) pozisyonu olup; Trendyol Express bünyesinde belirli bir bölgedeki tüm lojistik ağının, dağıtım merkezlerinin (hub) ve kurye operasyonlarının denetlenmesinden sorumludur.

Kısacası ana misyon; bölgesel teslimat hedeflerine ve KPI'lara ulaşmak, yeni dağıtım merkezleri keşfedip sürücü/kurye ağını genişleterek operasyonel verimliliği artırmak ve yasal düzenlemelere tam uyum içinde ekiplere liderlik etmektir. Stratejik planlama ile sahadaki birebir uygulamayı birbirine bağlayan; kritik, analitik odaklı ve liderlik vizyonu gerektiren bir pozisyondur.

Sorumluluklar

  • Bölgedeki Trendyol Express operasyonunu yönetmek ve geliştirmek
  • Hedeflere ulaşmak için bölgesel bir plan oluşturmak ve uygulamak
  • Bölgenin KPI'larını (Temel Performans Göstergelerini) takip etmek ve raporlamak
  • Ekibi yönetmek, geliştirmek; yetenekleri işe kazandırmak ve bağlılıklarını sağlamak (elde tutmak)
  • Dağıtım merkezlerine (hub) düzenli ziyaretler organize etmek ve gündemdeki aksiyon planları üzerinde ekiple birlikte çalışmak
  • Dağıtım merkezleri arasındaki operasyonel süreçleri verimli ve etkili bir şekilde yönetmek
  • Yeni dağıtım merkezleri için en uygun konumları araştırmak/bulmak
  • Dağıtımdan sorumlu sürücüleri/kuryeleri bulmak için yeni kanallar araştırmak
  • Sürücülerin sözleşme şartlarına uygun olarak çalışmasını sağlamak
  • Operasyonu yasal düzenlemelere (mevzuata) uygun bir şekilde yönetmek

Beklenen Nitelikler

  • Üniversitelerin lisans bölümlerinden mezun
  • Dağıtım veya lojistik alanında 8 yıl ve üzeri ilgili deneyim (en az 4 yıl ekip yönetimi tecrübesi)
  • Bütçe, maliyet ve stok yönetimi konularında deneyim sahibi
  • Liderlik becerilerine sahip ve iyi bir takım oyuncusu
  • Güçlü problem çözme, analitik düşünme ve raporlama becerilerine sahip
  • Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip
  • MS Office uygulamalarına iyi derecede hakim
  • Seyahat engeli bulunmamak
