Aktuell suchen wir 1 Contract Manager (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: Hart bei Graz

Direkt angestellt bei unserem Kunden, einem Top-Player im Logistikbereich im Raum Graz-Umgebung, arbeiten Sie ab sofort als Contract Manager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erstellen, Überprüfen und Verhandeln von Serviceverträgen und das Durchführen von Abschlüssen

* Schnittstelle zu den Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und internationalen Niederlassungen

* Selbstständige Betreuung internationaler Neukunden und Optimierung deren vertraglichen Servicelösungen

* Führen von Vertragsübergaben mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern und die Pflege der vertragsrelevanten Daten im ERP-System

* In den Vertragsverhandlungen mit Argumentationen überzeugen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss, mit wirtschaftlichem oder rechtlichem Schwerpunkt

* Begeisterung für Themen in der Wirtschaft und Technik

* Berufserfahrung im Vertragswesen

* Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine klare Kommunikation

* Freude daran, Kunden das passende Service für ihren Unternehmenserfolg bereitzustellen und den Servicevertrag zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss zu bringen

* Bereitschaft für internationale Dienstreisen
