1 Head of Finance (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben * Finance Business Partnering & Performance Steering: Sparringspartner für die Country Managing Directors und lokalen Finance Leads in allen finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen; inklusive strategischer Budgetentwicklung, Forecasting, Mittelfristplanung und Maßnahmensteuerung sowie Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der finanziellen Ziele * Group Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management: Verantwortung für den konzernweiten Planungs- und Forecast-Prozess inklusive Definition von Annahmen, Templates und Zeitplänen, Konsolidierung der Länderplanungen, Plausibilisierung der Ergebnisse sowie Unterstützung der relevanten Performance Reviews * Group Accounting & Financial Governance: Steuerung der gruppenweiten Accounting-Standards, des Konzernkontenrahmens sowie der Bilanzierungs- und Abschlussprozesse; Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Anwendung in den Länderorganisationen und Aufsicht über den Konzernabschluss sowie die gesetzliche Berichterstattung * Internal Controls, Policies & Compliance: Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung eines wirksamen Financial-Governance-Rahmens, einschließlich interner Kontrollsysteme, Delegation-of-Authority-Regelungen, Ausgaben- und Zeichnungskompetenzen, Closing-Standards sowie relevanter Finanzrichtlinien * Treasury & Cash Management: Steuerung der gruppenweiten Treasury-Aktivitäten mit Fokus auf Liquiditätsplanung, Cash-Management, Finanzierungsstrukturen, Working-Capital-Optimierung; Verantwortung für die finanzielle Risikosteuerung und die Abstimmung mit dem Management und externen Finanzierungspartnern. * Strategic Finance, Investments & M&A Support: Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases, Investitionsrechnungen und Szenarioanalysen für strategische Initiativen, Effizienzprogramme sowie Akquisitions- und Integrationsprojekte; finanzielle Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence- und M&A-Prozessen. * Stakeholder Management & External Advisors: Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern, Banken, Finanzierungspartnern, externen Beratern sowie weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern in finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen. * Leadership, Coaching & Capability Building: Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Funktionen durch Coaching, Wissenstransfer und Unterstützung bei der Einführung gruppenweiter Standards.Ihre Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Finance-Funktion, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Konzern- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld * Umfassende Expertise in Planung, Forecasting, Controlling, Accounting, Konzernabschluss, Treasury und Financial Governance * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Geschäftsmodelle und die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Analysen in konkrete Steuerungsimpulse und umsetzbare Maßnahmen zu übersetzen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Finanzmodelle sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität - mit der Bereitschaft, neben der Steuerungs- und Führungsverantwortung auch selbst operativ und detailorientiert mitzuarbeiten * Sehr gutes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise * Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Sicherheit in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführungen, Finance-Verantwortlichen und externen Stakeholdern * Erfahrung in der Führung und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung dezentraler Finance-Funktionen sowie in der Standardisierung und Transformation von Finanzprozessen * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und gängigen ERP-, Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-SystemenOnline-Bewerbung:<a href="https://at.trenkwalder.com/jobs/a0tbI0000053Jw5QAE" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://at.trenkwalder.com/jobs/a0tbI0000053Jw5QAE</a>KONTAKT:Trenkwalder Personaldienste GmbH Dominik König1030 Wien, ...
