Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Finance & Controlling: Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung der Finanzprozesse
  • Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Projektfinanzierungen für Batteriespeicherprojekte, einschließlich der Entwicklung bankfähiger Finanzierungskonzepte
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen für Projekte und Gesamtunternehmen
  • Laufendes Reporting und Ad-hoc-Analysen an Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter – Zahlen, die jederzeit entscheidungs- und präsentationsreif sind
  • Fachliche Führung der Buchhaltung – die laufende Buchführung liegt bei einem/einer separaten Buchhalter:in
  • Mitwirkung bei der Strukturierung projektbezogener Gesellschaften und Finanzierungsstrukturen
  • Liquiditätsplanung und Steuerung projektbezogener Zahlungsströme (Meilensteine, Zahlungen an Eos Energy)
  • Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten und KPI-Systemen im Zuge des Unternehmenswachstums
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Banken

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Projekt-, Infrastruktur- oder Asset-Finanzierungen
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in Finance oder Controlling, idealerweise mit erster Führungsverantwortung
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Finanzstrukturen in einem wachsenden oder projektbasierten Unternehmen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Reporting- und Planungstools sowie MS Excel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Geschäftsführung, Gesellschaftern und externen Partnern
  • Führungskompetenz und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Teams
  • Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen finanziellen Informationen
