Deine Aufgaben

Hast Du Lust, mit uns als Sparringspartner unserer Kunden, für diese die bestmögliche Customer Experience entlang der digitalen Customer Journey zu schaffen? Und damit unsere Kunden zu Markt-Champions zu machen!

Mit einem Mix aus bewährten Consulting Methoden und Werkzeugen sowie einem Schuss Start-Up Mentalität kreieren wir gemeinsam Kundenerlebnisse, die den Menschen den größtmöglichen Mehrwert bringen. Als Senior Consultant / Principal Strategy (m/w/d) in Hamburg übernimmst Du dafür bei uns die zentrale Verantwortung für:

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung leistungsstarker digitaler Customer Journey Strategien
  • Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl hierfür passender Methoden, Technologien und Tools
  • Orchestrierung aller relevanten Touchpoints entlang der digitalen Customer Journey inklusive Content-Strategie, Daten-Analysen und kontinuierlicher Optimierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Neugeschäftsgewinnung inklusive Pitch-Vorbereitung und Entwicklung überzeugender Strategiekonzepte
  • Leitung von Projekten – von der Planung über die Implementierung bis zur erfolgreichen Steuerung
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops inkl. digitaler und analoger Moderationsformate

Dein Profil

Wir suchen Menschen, keine Maschinen. Deshalb zählt für uns vor allem, dass Du Leidenschaft für Customer Journey Strategien, digitale Markenführung und Experience mitbringst. Ganz ohne fachliches Werkzeug geht es natürlich nicht – um in dieser Rolle wirklich wirksam zu sein, wünschen wir uns von dir:

  • 4–6 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Agentur oder Beratung – idealerweise im Bereich Strategie, digitales Marketing oder Customer Experience
  • Fundiertes Verständnis digitaler Geschäftsmodelle und der Mechaniken moderner digitaler Experiences inkl. KI
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenzentrierung sowie die Fähigkeit, Insights in klare strategische Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
  • Marken- und Kommunikationsverständnis, um Customer Journeys ganzheitlich zu denken und umsetzbar zu gestalten
  • Strukturiertes und analytisches Arbeiten, kombiniert mit Kreativität und Mut zu neuen Ansätzen
  • Souveränes Auftreten, ausgeprägte kommunikative Stärke und Freude daran, Kunden auf den unterschiedlichsten Ebenen zu beraten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und Lust darauf, unser Geschäft weiter auszubauen
