Heb je als onderofficier binnen de Nederlandse krijgsmacht ruime ervaring opgedaan met onbemande vliegtuigen (UAS) en wil je jouw kennis overdragen aan de volgende generatie militaire dronegebruikers? Als instructeur UAS leid je militair personeel op in het veilig en effectief werken met diverse systemen. Je combineert operationele ervaring met specialistische kennis van droneoperaties en praktijkgerichte instructie. Bij Triangular Group zet je jouw militaire vakmanschap in voor het opleiden van professionals en het verder ontwikkelen van de dronecapaciteit binnen de krijgsmacht.

Wat ga je doen?

Je verzorgt praktijkgerichte opleidingen voor militair personeel dat werkt met uas systemen. Daarbij richt je je niet alleen op het aanleren van bedieningsvaardigheden, maar ook op het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van de kennis en vaardigheden die nodig zijn voor de operationele inzet van drones.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je verzorgt opleidingen en praktijktrainingen op diverse drones.
  • Je leidt militairen op in het veilig en effectief bedienen van UAS-systemen.
  • Je begeleidt cursisten bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van hun vliegvaardigheden.
  • Je verzorgt retentielessen om eerder opgedane kennis en vaardigheden op peil te houden.
  • Je voert basisonderhoud uit aan de systemen en ondersteunt bij het behoud van hun inzetbaarheid.
  • Je werkt samen met collega-instructeurs aan de kwaliteit en verdere professionalisering van de opleidingen.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen de militaire dronecapaciteit en draagt bij aan de toepassing van nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op de Luitenant-kolonel Tonnetkazerne in ’t Harde, Gelderland. Hier verzorg je opleidingen binnen de militaire context, met de nadruk op het gebruik van onbemande vliegtuigen en het ontwikkelen van operationele vaardigheden.

Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel instructieteam waarin militaire ervaring, technische kennis en samenwerking centraal staan. Je werkt met cursisten en collega-instructeurs aan het overdragen en onderhouden van kennis over de actuele systemen.

Werklocatie: Luitenant-kolonel Tonnetkazerne, Eperweg 141, 8084 HE ’t Harde.

Welke skills neem je mee?

Hier herken je jezelf in (harde eisen):

  • Je hebt een achtergrond binnen de Nederlandse krijgsmacht, bij voorkeur als voormalig onderofficier met ruime operationele ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met divers drone systemen.
  • Je beschikt over de kwalificatie Opleider en kunt militaire kennis en vaardigheden overdragen.
  • Je beschikt over de Nederlandse nationaliteit.
  • Je kunt een Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) op niveau B verkrijgen.
  • Je bent bereid je voor langere tijd aan deze functie te verbinden.

Gewenste kwalificaties en ervaring

  • Je beschikt over de kwalificatie Opleider en kunt militaire kennis en vaardigheden overdragen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over de dronevliegkwalificatie Specific, aangevuld met de endorsements BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) en nachtvliegen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het verzorgen van instructie en het begeleiden van militaire cursisten.
