Je weet hoe het voelt om een groep door de eerste weken te trekken: weinig slaap, veel leren, en elke dag zichtbaar groeien. Misschien mis je dat directe contact met aspiranten, het moment waarop iemand ineens begrijpt wat militair leiderschap écht betekent. Als opleider bij de Korte Officiersopleiding breng je jouw ervaring terug naar de plek waar officieren worden gevormd. Via Triangular Group zet je jouw vakmanschap in binnen een team dat jouw achtergrond begrijpt en waardeert.

Deze functie is eventueel ook mogelijk in deeltijd.

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt aspirant‑officieren tijdens de eerste drie modules van de Korte Officiersopleiding op de KMA. Je werkt samen met militaire instructeurs van Defensie en collega‑opleiders van TGA. Je weken bestaan uit lesgeven, begeleiden op het terrein, voorbereiden van oefeningen en het coachen van jonge leiders in hun eerste stappen richting het officierschap.

  • Je geeft instructie tijdens de AMO‑module (12 weken) en begeleidt de overgang van burger naar militair
  • Je traint basisvaardigheden zoals optreden, veldvaardigheden, discipline en militaire routines
  • Je verzorgt lessen leiderschap en commandovoering in module 2
  • Je ondersteunt oefeningen te velde en beoordeelt het functioneren van aspirant‑officieren
  • Je begeleidt studiemomenten en praktijkopdrachten in module 3
  • Je levert input voor evaluaties en voortgangsrapportages
  • Je werkt nauw samen met militaire instructeurs om de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de opleiding te borgen

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt op de Koninklijke Militaire Academie in Breda. Je staat afwisselend in lesruimtes, op het buitenterrein en op oefenlocaties van Defensie. Je maakt deel uit van een team van TGA‑instructeurs dat geïntegreerd werkt met militaire instructeurs van CLAS, KMAR of CLSK/CLRS, afhankelijk van jouw eigen achtergrond. Je rapporteert aan de leidinggevende.

Er zijn vaste weekbriefings, dagstarts en evaluatiemomenten. Op locatie zijn doorgaans TG‑collega’s aanwezig. Je komt volgens afspraak op het hoofdkantoor in Heerle voor afstemming, scholing of teamdagen.

Bijzondere omstandigheden:

  • Screenings of keuringen

Welke skills neem je mee?

  • Je hebt gediend als onderofficier binnen CLAS, KMAR of CLSK/CLRS
  • Je bent kerninstructeur MBV
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van het leiderschapscircumplex
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, mondeling en schriftelijk
