Deine Aufgaben beinhalten -------------------------

  • Financial Planning und Controlling: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Budgetierung, dem Forecasting sowie der Mehrjahresplanung und Sicherstellung eines zukunftsorientierten Reportings für die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Gestaltungsspielraum: In dieser neu geschaffenen Stelle übernehmen Sie den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Controlling\-Instrumente und Prozesse mit einem Höchstmass an unternehmerischem Gestaltungsspielraum.
  • Direkte Berichterstattung: Sie agieren als operativer Sparringpartner und berichten in dieser Stabsfunktion direkt an den CFO der Triaplus AG
  • Datenanalyse und Business Intelligence: Aufbereitung aussagefähiger Klinik\- und Finanzdaten mittels moderner BI\-Tools (Qlik oder TIP HCe), um fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu schaffen und das operative Management Information System (MIS) weiterzuentwickeln
  • Excel\-Kompetenz: Entwicklung und Pflege von Datenmodellen, Finanzsimulationen und Ad\-hoc\-Analysen als ausgewiesener Excel\-Experte
  • Klinisches Controlling: Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Kosten\- und Leistungsrechnung nach dem REKOLE\-Standard sowie Analyse tariflicher Kennzahlen im Rahmen des psychiatrischen Abrechnungssystems TARPSY
  • Projektmanagement: Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Unterstützung in QM\-Prozessen

Du bringst dafür mit ---------------------

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Uni\-/FH\-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling, bzw. eine Qualifikation als eidg. dipl. Experte/Expertin in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
  • Idealerweise 2 bis 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen oder Spitalumfeld von grossen Vorteil
  • Ausgewiesene Expertise in Microsoft Excel gepaart mit einer starken IT\-Affinität im Umgang mit Datenbanken, ERP\-Systemen (wie OPALE) und modernen BI\-Tools (Qlik, TIP HCe)
  • Eine stark leistungsorientierte, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertem Denken
