Amministrazione delle imposte / 80-100 % / Coira ##

L'Amministrazione cantonale delle imposte è competente per la riscossione delle imposte dirette nel Cantone dei Grigioni, salvo nei casi in cui la legislazione attribuisca tale competenza alla Confederazione o ai comuni. Il commissariato tassa l'imposta sul reddito e sulla sostanza di persone fisiche (imposta federale diretta e imposta cantonale).

Per l'Amministrazione delle imposte, sezione commissariato, per il 1° febbraio 2027 o per data da convenire cerchiamo un/a controller per la sezione servizi interni e controllo.

Mansioni

  • Collaborazione e potenziamento del sistema di controllo interno per il commissariato e gli uffici fiscali comunali al fine di garantire la qualità e la corretta attuazione procedurale della legge sulle imposte e delle prassi
  • Pianificazione, organizzazione e coordinamento dei lavori annuali ricorrenti nonché garanzia di uno svolgimento nel rispetto delle scadenze (cicli di fatturazione, istruzioni, software per la dichiarazione e la tassazione, ecc.)
  • Individuazione e pianificazione di possibilità di sviluppo, sinergie e ottimizzazioni di processi nonché collaborazione attiva a progetti corrispondenti
  • Elaborazione di analisi e di rapporti in collaborazione con la direzione della sezione
  • Possibilità di assumere la gestione di un team

Cosa ci aspettiamo da lei

  • Formazione commerciale di base conclusa nonché diploma di scuola universitaria professionale o diploma universitario in economia aziendale, informatica, economia o diritto
  • Conoscenze in materia di organizzazione e coordinamento
  • Esperienza nel settore IT o controlling
  • Conoscenze di base di diritto fiscale svizzero e disponibilità ad approfondirle costantemente
  • Metodo di lavoro strutturato e affidabile con elevata responsabilità individuale e spiccata attenzione per la qualità
  • Ottima capacità d'espressione orale e scritta in tedesco
  • Buone conoscenze di più lingue cantonali costituiscono un vantaggio
