Nous recherchons des agents RH locaux dévoués pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Tanger, au Maroc. En tant qu'agent RH local, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en soutenant les fonctions de ressources humaines de notre organisation, en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations et en favorisant un environnement de travail positif.

  • Vous participerez à l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, notamment à la recherche, à la sélection et à l'entretien des candidats.
  • Gérer les programmes d'intégration et d'orientation des employés
  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de ressources humaines, y compris la tenue des dossiers des employés et la mise à jour des bases de données de ressources humaines.
  • fournir une assistance pour les processus de gestion des performances et les questions relatives aux relations avec les employés
  • Veiller au respect de la législation et de la réglementation locales en matière de travail
  • Collaborer avec la direction pour répondre aux préoccupations liées aux ressources humaines et mettre en œuvre des initiatives dans ce domaine.
  • participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines
  • Coordonner les programmes de formation et de développement des employés
  • Contribuer à l'administration des salaires et des avantages sociaux
  • Servir de point de contact pour les questions et les préoccupations des employés.

Qualifications

En tant qu’Agent RH de Proximité, vous serez un acteur clé pour la gestion RH sur le terrain, avec des responsabilités telles que :

• Gestion administrative : Suivi des dossiers du personnel, contrats, absences, et congés.

• Soutien aux managers : Accompagner les responsables d’équipe dans l’application des politiques et procédures RH.

• Sourcing et viviers de talents : Identifier, sourcer et construire un vivier de candidats pour anticiper les besoins futurs.

• Screening : Effectuer une première sélection des profils et transmettre les candidatures pertinentes aux responsables RH.

• Relations sociales : Veiller au maintien d’un climat social positif et à une communication fluide avec les collaborateurs.

• Mise en œuvre des politiques RH : Assurer l’application des pratiques et procédures RH au niveau local.

Profil recherché :

• Formation : BAC+2 en gestion, administration ou ressources humaines.

• Expérience : 1 à 2 ans dans un rôle similaire.

• Compétences :

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles.

• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Connaissance des bases du droit du travail marocain.

• Qualités personnelles : Sens de l’écoute, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, et rigueur.
