Forts de 30 ans d'expertise, nous assurons des prestations de ressuage (contrôle par liquide pénétrant) ainsi que de la mesure 3D de pièces complexes. Nous apportons à nos clients une solution globale et adaptée à tous leurs problèmes de mesure (étalonnage, gestion des instruments de mesure, contrôle visuel, dimensionnel, 3D et expertise). Description du poste

Dans le cadre d'un CDI à pourvoir immédiatement, vos principales missions au sein de notre laboratoire de contrôle seront les suivantes :

  • Faire un contrôle visuel des pièces réceptionnées en fonction de critères établis,
  • Définir le moyen de contrôle approprié en fonction des tolérances indiquées au plan,
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces à l’aide d’outils de métrologie : pied à coulisse, micromètre, comparateur, colonne de mesure, …
  • Renseigner les documents de suivi (fiches de contrôle, PV, etc.),
  • Identifier les non-conformités,
  • Effectuer le reconditionnement des pièces après contrôle,
  • Appliquer les procédures qualité et les normes en vigueur (ISO 9001, EN9100, …),
  • Informer la hiérarchie de tout problème technique rencontré ou de toute non-conformité constatée.

Qualifications

  • De formation BAC +2 minimum
  • Expérience souhaitée de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise des outils de mesure dimensionnelle
