Description du poste

Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Qualité pour accompagner nos clients (secteur aéronautique), grands compte dans l'industrie automobile.

Vous intervenez directement chez nos clients afin d’identifier, prévenir et maîtriser les risques lors du développement de nouveaux produits et process. Véritable représentant(e) du client, vous veillez à la prise en compte de ses exigences et contribue à l’amélioration de la performance qualité de l’entreprise.

Vos principales missions :

  • Représenter la fonction qualité dans les projets de développement produits/processus : analyse et respect des exigences clients, normatives et internes.
  • Participer aux échanges avec les interlocuteurs qualité des clients.
  • Participer à l’analyse des risques projet et à la définition des livrables.
  • Valider le contenu et l'efficacité des actions correctives et préventives.
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi des tâches sous responsabilité qualité selon le livret de vie projet.
  • Animer et faire vivre les AMDECs (produits et processus).
  • Construire les plans de contrôle et le plan de surveillance selon les exigences client.
  • Participer aux revues de jalons projet.
  • Participer aux runs de fabrication, briefing/débriefings.
  • Valider la documentation technique et qualité : plans techniques et commerciaux, fiches d’instruction et de contrôle.
  • Traiter les non-conformités internes et externes (client) et suivre les plans d’actions.
  • Proposer les conditions de levée et participer aux analyses et plans d’actions des « murs qualité projet ».
  • Réaliser le PPAP et participer aux audits/visites client.
  • Assurer le retour d’expérience projet, capitaliser et transversaliser les lessons learnt.
  • Être force de proposition pour l'amélioration du processus de développement.
  • Assurer le reporting des différentes activités, le suivi et l’analyse des indicateurs.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs ou titulaire d'un Bac+5 à dominante mécanique avec une spécialisation en métallurgie, usinage, traitement thermique et traitement de surface.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans les secteurs automobile, aéronautique ou ferroviaire.

Vous êtes reconnu(e)s pour :

  • Votre esprit d'analyse, votre sens du terrain et votre capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Votre maitrise de l'anglais professionnel, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, afin d'échanger avec des fournisseurs et partenaires internationaux
  • Vos connaissance des outils et référentiels qualité (8D, AMDEC, APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, etc.) constitue un atout pour ce poste.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la lecture de plans techniques ainsi que l'utilisation des moyens de métrologie courants.
